Cancellation Policy

Revocation instruction for Balinese Temple Arts, Paintings, and for Healing Arts, Life Coaching

 

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send us a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post to Sabine Engert, Georg-Reismüller-Str. 37, 80999 Munich or an email to [email protected]) inform about the decision to withdraw from this contract. It can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If the customer cancels this contract, we will pay all payments we have received from the customer (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with the customer; In no case will fees be charged for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
The customer must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which he informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
The customer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

Special notes on the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
